For seekers, deep feelers and curious humans who want to explore crystals (Science + energy), somatic body systems & frequency, intuitive energy work, herbs, witchcraft, tarot, and astrology... all approached without dogma, performance or dependency.
We focus on practical tools and self-discovery that support you in feeling and moving your own energy, while also holding space for bigger conversations around spirituality, religion and the occult.
Whether you come for a quiet wander through the shop, join a small gathering or walk, or simply need to be in a space that feels alive and real, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
This isn’t a place to escape life.

Essence Edge is a living space, our offerings evolve with the seasons, the energy and what feels truly aligned.
Currently offered in-shop:
• 1:1 Sessions with Tonya
These sessions are highly individualized and guided by your needs in the moment.
Astrology often serves as a tool used to build our foundation, providing a clear map for understanding, timing, energy and patterns, the session itself is flexible and responsive.
Some sessions may feel like deep listening and holding space, others may include intuitive reflection, energy work, somatic awareness or practical teaching around your body, spirituality, metaphysical tools, herbs, witchcraft or energy.
The intention is always the same: to meet you where you are on your journey, honor your sovereignty and to support you in discovering and moving your own truth without performance, prediction or creating dependency.
• The Magical Herb Room
A dedicated space for exploration and relationship with the plant world, energy & your craft. Herbs are available pre-packaged or by the scoop (bringing your own container encouraged for sustainability). Staff can guide sensory exploration (scents, textures, magical properties) for those new to the room.
Custom blends by intention and bulk orders are available through consolation with Tonya. Reference materials are available throughout the room for self-guided learning.
• Open Classroom & Quiet Space
When not in use for events or classes, the classroom is open to anyone who needs a grounded, safe place to read, rest, journal or simply be. It's here for you, come ground, gather, or spend time in the space however feels right.

Intimate groups focused on embodiment, real connection, grounding, laughter and simply being met as we are.
We're creating space for listening, sharing stories, moving our bodies and remembering what it feels like to connect without performance or agendas.
These are not structured classes in the old sense, they're living experiences rooted in presence, honesty and community.

• Infrared Sauna Sessions
A private, energetically held space for nervous system support, physical detox, and quiet integration. Our sauna is used intentionally as a tool for restoration, not productivity.
